You will need to have registered your voucher with your chosen supplier so they give you a voucher serial code and maybe a pin.
If your voucher is for 2 please make sure you make 2 bookings, so we bring enough lunches and equipment with us. You can choose “Quantity 2” or make 2 separate bookings, up to you!

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I shoot a real longbow?
Absolutely! Our bows are all made in house by our talented Bowyers to ensure an authentic shooting experience.
I feel strong but am I longbow strong?
It’s true the Medieval bows were famously strong and tough to pull but we won’t start you on a war-bow… however we do have them available should you rise to the challenge!
What do I need to wear?
Medieval costume is encouraged but you should be prepared to be outdoors all day therefore please dress appropriately. We shoot mostly on a natural grass surface so you’ll need to bring waterproof shoes/boots depending on the time of year.
What if it rains?
Fear not! We shoot in all weathers and we’re outdoors the whole day, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
If we do need to cancel because weather conditions are dangerous (exceptionally high winds or ice and snow) we’ll try to give you as much notice as possible, and you can rebook onto any available alternative day.
Are there refreshments?
YES! We provide a freshly made sandwich lunch prepared by award winning tearooms in addition to tea and coffee. Please make sure you let us know if you have specific dietary requirements. We can cater for Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten free etc.
Please bring water on hot days. in addition there is shop on site where you can buy soft drinks and sweets.
When can I book my day?
We add new dates on a regular basis. Weekends fill up very quickly so we add additional weekdays according to demand. Check back regularly as we do get cancellations, and we add new dates at least once a month.
I have a voucher, but it expires before the next available date, what do I do?
Fear not, the expiry date doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t attend a later session. Check your terms and conditions on your voucher as you can often extend for a small fee.
As long as you book in the timescales described on your voucher you should be fine. If in doubt, contact email@example.com or your voucher supplier.
My voucher is for 2 and I’ve booked the first person, but now the date has disappeared!
If you’ve got your first person booked on and you can’t book the second, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the second person, any dietary requirements they may have and anything else you’d like us to put on the form for the instructor to know.
I’ve booked my date, but I now can’t make it! What do I do?
You can reschedule to any other available date as you need to. Just follow the link on your confirmation email and you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience.
Where is the session?
Look for your reminder email 2 days before your booked session. It will have instructions of how to get to the venue.
We sometimes use different venues, so make sure you read your email carefully.
We don’t hold experience days at our workshop address! There will always be parking available.
